I will create a program tailored to your fitness and/or weight loss goals based on your lifestyle, medical history, and body type. I will work with you in the comfort of your home in the Portland Metro Area or online if you live elsewhere. As a Christian, I want to see others being good stewards of these bodies that God has given us. We need to be ready and able to serve Him in any number of capacities, which often means we need to be mentally alert and have lots of energy. I will work with women, children, and families (but not with men on an in-home basis; men are encouraged to sign up for my online program).
